Took my Epiphone Hummingbird to Black Rabbit Guitars as the sound was off. I met with Jay, reviewed my sound issues with him and left the guitar for a “tuneup”. Picked it up 3 days later and what a difference! The cost came in at the quoted amount, Jay had me strum some tunes to make sure I was happy with the work and I was very pleased.
I will use Jay for any further guitar work, highly recommended.

Jay fixed my Marshall amp that got fried by a generator at festival we were playing. He did a great job and his price was very reasonable. I'm glad I met him and would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality repair.

Jay at Black Rabbit Guitars took on a daunting task of repairing a very intermittently malfunctioning Fulltone OCD pedal, got the pedal back in a few days time. Pedal has a new switch, capacitor… and most importantly a new lease on life. Great service and much appreciated.

Just picked up my acoustic and semi-hollow this afternoon. They both play and sound better then the day I bought them. Jay responded quick and was able to get the repairs done in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable and his work attests to that. If your looking for someone who actually cares about your guitar and listens to player setup preferences, Jay is your guy. I will definitely be coming back.

I wish there were more stars I could give Jay. Quality of work and service is one of the best in the business. Dropped in the Duncans and my Les Paul now rips your face off but in a good way!! I cannot recommend this guy enough. 100% satisfied.

Jay, is a very Cool Guy who knows his stuff!!! I bought my G&L L-2000 tribute Bass online and I'm not happy with the action and frets, I took it to Jay for a set up and now the Feels and the playability is so AWESOME!!!! , He made me Love my Bass even More!! watch out for his social media channel soon!!! more power to you Jay!!! cheers to your up coming channel!! count me as your number 1 subscriber!!!

Highly recommend. Jay did a fantastic job on my Sire M2 which needed some fret filing done. Prices are fair. Dropped off bass on Sunday, got back Monday. Don't hesitate to reach out If you need work done.

Jay at Black Rabbit Guitars was a great help in the last guitar I purchased! I bought a knock off ESP Explorer electric guitar from China, it looked good and the price was right. But when the guitar arrived I plugged it in, and it sounded terrible. It had a hollow echoing sound, and it also sounded as though there was a bad ground. Lots of feed back. I had no idea what to do or how to fix it.
I called Jay, and he checked out and fixed the guitar right away! It sounds awesome, and Jay was knowledgeable in assessing what was wrong with it. He basically had it back to me in a day!
Black Rabbit Guitars is awesome. If you need a string instrument repaired, Jay is your guy!
Thanks again Jay! The guitar is still rockin' strong!

Jay did an amazing job setting up my MIM Strat. The guitar feels and plays a lot better. Not only that but the turnaround was quick and his prices are fair. I can honestly say that having a setup done by someone who knows what they’re doing makes a huge difference in your playing experience. I definitely recommend guitar services by Jay. He’ll be seeing more of my guitars in the future.

I had some sharp frets because the wood had shrunk, exposing a little bit of the ends of the frets. Dropped off the axe with Jay and within days, not weeks, ha had smoothed them out and even went the extra step of checking the tops of the frets to make sure everything was level. This guitar is now my go-to and I’ve fallen in love with it all over again. I’ve taken more guitars to him for some TLC since I’ve seen the superior work Black Rabbit Guitars does. I took a guitar to Jay that was in pretty bad shape and he made it new again. Hes now repaired or setup 10+ guitars for me. I won’t take my guitars anywhere else.

I picked up an amp that had a loose input jack and had Jay fix it. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. His turnaround time was extremely fast; the amp was fixed and cleaned within half an hour of dropping it off. The cost for fixing it was also extremely reasonable, so overall I'm extremely happy! Thank you so much Jay, and I will definitely be returning if I need any more repairs to my equipment.
